Do you have a storefront?

We do not have a storefront, but what we do have is out RISK FREE GUARANTEE. You can candle with confidence knowing if you aren't completely satisfied you can get a full refund. (Postage fees may apply)

I’ve been disappointed before. What if it doesn’t smell like how I remember?

If you don’t completely relive the adventure we will refund your full order amount. Just message us and we will make it right.

I love you product, do you offer discounts if I want to buy multiple items?

Yes, multiple item pricing is auto calculated when you ad them to your cart. For orders over 20 items contact us and we will work out a fair package price.

How did you get the ET scent right?

We started with the actual oil used in the attraction! Unfortunately it isn't designed to be used in products so we sent it to a lab to be analyzed then sent the results to a perfumer to be fine tuned. The result? The most accurate recreation of the ET Ride in existence.

How long do items take to ship?

We like to ship within 1-2 business days but that is not always possible. Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us. Paying for upgraded shipping does not mean your order will be processed faster. 

Where is my item?

You will receive tracking information when your product ships. During these unprecedented times the USPS has been having delays. We appreciate your continued patience.

Before we were Park Scents we were ETScent. Not every product was rebranded. If you bought one of our legacy products (Such as Om, Into the Blue, Sandal, or a candle not listed on our current site) and would like to reorder please visit here.

We are always listening to our fans and taking requests. What separates us from other companies is we focus on accuracy. It takes us a while to track down the correct scent.
